Job Description
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ yearsof experience.
- Programming experience in Python, Spark, Django,Flask, Tensor.
- Well versed with Hive, Presto, Spark, PySpark andApache Airflow frameworks.
- Passion for working with customers and helpingthem with their use cases.
- A solid understanding of information securitystandards & methodologies.
- Good understanding of large.scale distributedsystems in practice, including multi.tier architectures, application security,monitoring and storage systems.
- Strong algorithms/data structures experience
- Experience extending and implementing corefunctionality and libraries in data processing platforms (Hive/Pig UDFs,Spark/Spark SQL, Apache Samza, Kafka etc.
- Experience working with collaboration and SCMtools such as Jira, Git etc.
- A commitment to writing understandable,maintainable, and reusable software
