Job Description
.Support and development of our electronic FX Trading System
.Develop and maintain low latency pricing and connectivity systems
.Enhancement and creation of new solutions in our eFX product driven by the Global Foreign Exchange business
.Duties will be to work on JAVA / Multithreading Front.Office Systems
.Involve working on Development of System, and perform Support Activities
.Understands L1 and L2 support processes to support our electronic FX global deployments and operations
.Ensure that code meets standards and is tested appropriately
.A team player with an ability to own the code as per requirement given
.Communicate regularly with traders and project managers (both verbally and written)
.Continuously looks for ways to improve the applications stability, scalability and user experienceEXPERIENCE/ SKILLS Experience
.BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
.3.5 years of experience in eFX trading platforms or in any low latency front office applications supporting pricing, order management and execution
.2.3 years of experience in development or support activities with responsibility to support and develop highly efficient, scalable and customizable trading system in Global FX
.Proficient with data structure, multithreading and problem solving capabilities
Required Skills:
.Strong knowledge in eFX or any other front office trading systems
.Deep understanding of the trading ecosystem including integration with market data providers, liquidity providers and other third parties
.Good understanding of FIX and eFX market data, including FIX protocol and certification process
.Knowledge with any scripting or object oriented programming language, preferably java and multithreading
.Excellent knowledge of SDLC and Agile development practices
.Ability to support L1 and L2 processes
.Experience with SQL and related SQL procedure languages.Design, develop and use data structures and data models to support reporting
.Strong analytical and problem.solving skills
.Attention to detail & ability to rise above details to see broader implications & recommend strategic solutions
.Self.starter; Positive & adaptable in a continually changing environment
.A team player with an ability to own the code as per requirement given.Proven interpersonal and communication skills with technical & business partnersPreferred /
Recommended Skills:
.If not worked on JAVA, should be willing to pickup JAVA.Basic knowledge of Linux commands.AngularJS, Python and PowerShell
