. Identify and document defects, issues, and risks.
. Work closely with developers and program managers to prioritize and resolve issues on time.
. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for efficient and effective testing.
. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in testing methodologies.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business.focused takeaways for leadership and peers
. Experience of working in Agile setup.
. Write clean, efficient, and modular code adhering to best practices and coding standards. o Identify application performance and ensure scalability. o Collaborate in the database design and management of those systems (PostgreSQL or MongoDB). o Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
