Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement RPA solutions to enhance business operations within the ERP framework.
• Lead digital transformation projects focusing on ERP systems and automation.
• Optimize business processes through innovative RPA applications.
• Maintain and monitor RPA and ERP integration systems.
• Analyze performance metrics related to ERP and RPA initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams involved in ERP and RPA projects.
• Promote innovation using design thinking methodologies in ERP contexts.
• Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of RPA and ERP projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation through targeted workshops and training sessions.
• Evaluate and integrate new RPA technologies into existing ERP systems

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced in RPA solution design and implementation for ERP systems.
• Skilled in managing digital transformation projects with RPA technology.
• Proficient in BRD documents, Change, and Access Management Policy for RPA.
• Knowledgeable about emerging digital strategies in RPA implementations within ERP solutions.
