SSO Engineer - Identity & Access Management (7-9 yrs)

Experience : 7+ years.

Job Description :

- Responsible for the operations and support of the company's SSO, MFA and Directory services administration platform.

- Responsible for delivering SSO solutions working closely with application teams, vendors, business holders, and product managers.

- Manage and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

- Identify information required to analyze a problem, capturing that information from appropriate sources, analyzing the captured information, and using skillful questioning to understand and provide solutions to complex issues.

- Work with internal teams to address their IAM requirements using Uber's standard IAM Services/Framework.

- Own the customer experience think and act in ways that put our customers first.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent industry experience.

- 5+ years experience in directly working as admin on Single Sign-On products ( Okta, Onelogin, etc.)

- 5+ years enterprise experience with supporting Directory Services (AD, AD Azure etc.)

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 7+ years in Identity and Access Management.

- Experience working with Agile processes like Kanban, Scrum is desired.

- Awareness of Security Control frameworks and regulations (i.e. NIST, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX, SOC).

- Experience with SQL.
