We are looking for a Social Media Executive to drive our social media presence with creativity, organization, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of social media, from content creation and posting to account management and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:.

Social Media Calendar & Account Management:.

Develop, maintain, and manage a comprehensive social media calendar in alignment with brand goals and experiments..

Manage all social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube)..

Ensure timely posting and proper distribution across all platforms..

Content Creation & Production Support.

Create engaging posts (static and stories) aligned with platform-specific best practices..

Write catchy captions that resonate with the audience and are optimized for engagement..

Assist with content production, including brainstorming ideas and coordinating photo or podcast shoots..

Audience Growth & Engagement.

Grow audience across social channels through organic strategies and engagement initiatives..

Monitor trending topics, memes, viral content, news, and events to create relevant and timely posts..

Respond to comments, engage with followers, and build a community around the brand..

Podcast Support & Content Repurposing.

Develop thought-provoking questions for podcast episodes in collaboration with the marketing team..

Recommend timestamps from the podcast content to be made into snippets and posts to increase social media reach and engagement..

Job Posts & Collaboration.

Create job posts for open positions and ensure they are promoted across relevant channels..

Collaborate and coordinate with designers, content creators, and other teams to ensure smooth content delivery..

Quality Assurance & Reporting.

Ensure quality and consistency of all posts, including visuals, tone, and messaging..

Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to optimize future strategies..

Qualifications:.

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role..

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics..

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT..

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively..

Experience working with collaborative tools like Slack & Monday.com.
