Manager/Sr. Manager Taxation

Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation and filling TDS, Tax Audit & Income Tax Returns
2. Preparation and filling of GST monthly and annual returns
3. Compliance of Transfer Pricing and Documentation
4. Analyzing the ta impact of transactions having regard to direct tax, indirect tax, regulatory and transfer pricing implications.
5. Providing opinions on various transactions from a domestic law and tax treaty viewpoint.
6. Representation before the Revenue authorities both direct & indirect and prepare for Tax Litigation/ reply to Notices of CIT (A)/ ITAT/HC/Supreme Court etc.
7. Tax withholding advisory to finance & other concern teams.
8. Review of tax status ie changes in statues by way of finance bill/ circulars/ notifications etc. and assess the impact on company.
9. Preparing tax plans and calculation of Advance Tax, Deferred Tax in compliance with tax laws & accounting standards.
10. Preparation & Finalization of statutory financial statement in accordance with Accounting Standard, Indian GAAP including various schedules.
11. Exposure in Ind AS & IFRS
12. Provide audit assistance in Statutory, Internal cost & other JV partner's audit.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA with atleast 8-12 years post qualification experience in Taxation & Accounts.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry shall be preferred.
• Experience in SAP FICO is must.
