Trade - GT, MT & Horreca
Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive, Sales Officer, Territory Sales Incharge.
Role Description and Responsibilities: The Candidate will be responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory. Handle General Trade, Modern Trade & Horreca for Sugar , Rock Salt, Desi Khand , Gur, Shakkar, Sugar Sachets categories under the brand name of Yadu. Adapt at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishments of targets.
Responsibilities: - Primary and secondary target achievement of the territory
- monthly sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life
- Channel Management
- Cost Management
- Month wise business forecasting, bench marking the previous year
- Data and aligning with the annual, Quarterly, Monthly operatin plan
- Competition tracking and making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
- Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities
- Mentor , motivate and guide team members ensuring sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures,and activity ratio on monthly basis
- Good Team handling
- Multi linguistic and an effective communicator
- Possess exceptional relationship management skills and interpersonal skills.
