Job Purpose :
- The Assistant Manager - Marketing Communications, Digital Learning, will be a driving force behind ISB Online's marketing efforts, with a focus on creating high-quality content assets and implementing the marcomm strategy.
- The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the creation of content assets and promotional materials that not only capture attention but also elevate the programme's appeal and engage prospects on a meaningful level.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality content and digital assets, while ensuring they are organized and accessible in our repositories and disseminated according to the workflows and processes in practice.
Job Outline :
- Content Asset Creation - Brochures, Curriculum Guides, Landing Pages, Social Media posts and other collaterals as needed.
- Develop and write engaging and concise content for various online and offline platforms including programme brochures, website pages, social media posts (organic), paid ads, emailers, infographics, videos, etc.
- Maintain organised content repositories, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accurately labeled, and easily accessible to the team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Design teams and external vendors to produce content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Co-ordinate the production and review of video content like programme promos, journeys, participant testimonials, faculty bytes.
- Ensure all content assets align with brand guidelines, resonate with target personas, and contribute to the strategic goal of building a strong and consistent brand presence, driving programme awareness and enrolment.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all content.
- Monitor and update existing content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of content strategies and content calendars.
Communication Custodian:
- Craft engaging and persuasive communication materials, including emailers, social media posts, and event promotions.
- Support the objective of increasing programme enrolment through targeted and impactful communication.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms, ensuring effective marketing communication.
- Be the custodian for the ISB Online portfolio website sanity, improvements and enhancements.
- Project Management & Competition Tracking.
- Implement and track multiple content-related projects including email campaigns, new programme launches, social media posts ensuring they are completed on time.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enable timely delivery of content assets.
- Conduct periodic analysis of competitor activities (social media, emails, collaterals etc. ) , market trends, and industry benchmarks to imbibe best practices of communications and maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilise insights from competitive tracking to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Analysis and Process Adherence:.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of content and communication strategies, leveraging insights to optimise future initiatives.
- Maintain, monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and assist in creating reports.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
- Expertise in content creation and a deep understanding of communication principles aligned to the marketing funnel.
- A clear understanding of the STP framework (segmentation, targeting, and positioning).
- Acute understanding of marketing funnel; Analytical skills for tracking content performance and efficacy.
