Job Title: Cloud SME VMware Private Cloud

Location: Mumbai/ Hyderabad (work from office). Candidates looking for remote working or not comfortable with the job location need not apply.

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and VMware Private Cloud SME to join our team. The SME will be responsible for all aspects of deploying, configuring, and maintaining VMware Private Cloud solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with VMware Private Cloud (VCF), vSAN, NSX-T etc. along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1.Design and implement VMware Private Cloud solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.

2.Deploy and configure VMware Cloud Foundation components such as vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager.

3.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware Cloud deployments, including performance, networking, security, and storage.

4.Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation and operation of VMware Cloud

solutions.

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VMware Private Cloud with other systems and technologies.

6.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in VMware Private Cloud , identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science

Experience:

8+ Years of Experience

5+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining VMware Private Cloud solutions.

Certification: VMware Private Cloud certification is highly desirable

Knowledge:

1.Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly VMware vSphere and related components.

2.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Technical Skills:

1.Proficiency in VMware Cloud components, including vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager etc.

2.Excellent understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security in the context of VMware Private Cloud

3.Linux Operating System knowledge will be preferable.
