HVAC Supervisor

ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

1.The Infrastructure, Campus Development & Estate Development is responsible to maintain Global Service Standards for Educational Campuses

2. To achieve the goal, the department ensure preventive, predictive, corrective, condition based and predefined maintenance

3. Apply new initiatives to ensure better services and comfort of anybody inside the campus including visitors

4. Ensuring timely dilivery of new fitouts including modifications and renovations of different areas in the campus

SCOPE AND RANGE

Maintain comfortable temperature in the range of 23-25° C with fan on/ off as applicable.

Range: To ensure the comfort of all students, staff, faculty and visitors in the campus by providing chilled water to feed the airconditioning equipments installed at work- spaces/ residences.

MAIN TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with vendors for AMC/ breakdowns and installation of various HVAC equipment.
• Plan preventive, corrective and periodic maintenances of the HVAC equipment for better performance
• To resolve the major/ minor concerns of the occupants and ensure their satisfaction related to air-conditionin
• Maintain the log of the running of the chiller plants ensure timely services/ corrective action as required.
• Ensure all the fixed HVAC equipment excluding student hostels must be serviced timely and perform to their designed capacity.
• Ensuring the availability of critical spares at campus to minimize the down time.
• Monitoring the performance of the critical assets and analyze the performance to ensure the designed output of the equipment
• Training of the ground staff to ensure that the equipment operated and taken care properly 9. Processing of invoices/ indents BOQs- Preparation and measurement etc.
• Initially looking after all the technical part of the hostels -electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry area etc., later only as a special place responsible for the HVAC system of all the hostels as per MgmtPreventive maintenance of FCU installed at SH 11, 12 & 1
• Preventive maintenance of AHUs installed at SH 11 & 1
• Complaint management within SLA
• Guide staff to minimize downtime
• Check all HVAC equipment performance at SH 11, 12 & 14
• Ensuring timely availability of the material
• Verifying the attendances of the staff
• Periodic service of all the HVAC equipment of SH 11, 12 & 14
