This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Onboarding Support position at IndiaBizForSale in Ahmedabad. As a Client Support Executive, you will be responsible communication with the clients guiding them through our onboarding process, and ensuring their successful integration onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Help customers define their needs and requirements.
Engage on phone calls, emails and chat to ensure customers are assisted during onboarding process.
Create repeatable processes, resources and frameworks to use during onboarding customers.
Own and manage customer relationships.
Requirements:
Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills (mainly English)
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
1 - 2 years experience in client onboarding or customer support role
