Role & responsibilities

• Implement and Act in accordance with Organizations Policies and Process and Credit Delegation.
• In addition, adhere to Regulatory and Audit Compliance.
• Provide valid inputs to Policy Team on hindsight and Competition benchmarks.
• Assist towards Process Key Improvement Activities.
• Conduct Review of Files to validate Process requirements and Policy adherence Completeness and Accuracy.
• Training the CPA team members on changes on Processes and policies.
• Maintain data on Credit waivers and Deviations.

Functional Skills

• Financial Skills required for Underwriting
• Behavioral Pattern of Customer Profiles. Market Risk and pattern of credit off takes
• Region Specific Business practices and market knowledge.
• Vendor Management.
• Product and documentation knowledge
