Perform competitor and landscape analysis to assess market positioning..

Establish connections with knowledgeable individuals in the industry..

Negotiate deal terms and structures..

Prepare and issue draft term sheets..

Oversee due diligence processes across legal, financial, and business aspects..

Coordinate legal and documentation processes for transaction closure..

Supporting Portfolio.

Assist portfolio entrepreneurs by facilitating introductions to financial institutions..

Internal Fund Operations.

Participate in partner meetings and provide detailed call reports and business correspondence..

Collect financial data and business metrics from portfolio companies..

Analyze data to identify challenges faced by portfolio companies..

Evaluate prospective deals presented by colleagues..

Contribute to discussions on the firm's overall strategy..

Qualifications.

Preferably a CA/MBA in Finance/CFA Level 2..

Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution focusing on credit underwriting..

Experience managing clients, including emerging and large corporates..

Demonstrated expertise in deal sourcing and structuring transactions..
