Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
• Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
• Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
  
• Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  
• Provide administrative support to sales teams, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  
• Develop and maintain MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales operations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects by setting deadlines and monitoring progress.
