Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the IT staffing domain.
• Develop a pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives:
  
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT staffing business development, with a successful track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, including market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong network of potential clients in the IT industry is a plus.
