Shift 4-5 hours of PST time zone overlapping (Candidate needs to be flexible) and Remaining 4-5 hours

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic

team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning and natural language

processing (NLP), along with strong software development skills. The role involves designing,

developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models, ensuring code quality, and

contributing to the overall success of our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow,

or Keras.

• Build and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for various business

applications.

• Ensure software development excellence by adhering to PEP-8 style code practices, and

leveraging version control tools like Git.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into

scalable solutions.

• Maintain and improve code readability, modularity, and reusability using advanced Python

practices, including classes and decorators.

• Deploy and monitor models in production environments, ensuring their robustness and

reliability.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning (Python, scikit-learn,

XGBoost).

• Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Proficiency in software development practices, including Git, PEP-8 standards, and Python

advanced programming techniques.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNN) and Graph Convolutional Networks (GCN).
• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning techniques (e.g., PPO, DPO).
• Exposure to generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience building user interfaces with Streamlit or similar tools.
• MLOps expertise, including model deployment and full-stack development.

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect specializing in Procurement systems to lead

transformational initiatives in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in ERP systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and S/4 HANA, as well as

experience integrating non-SAP systems with SAP ERP. This role involves designing, integrating, and

deploying scalable, cross-functional solutions to optimize procurement operations and align with

organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end procurement solutions

using SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and S/4 HANA.

• Streamline procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes and ensure seamless integration of SAP

and non-SAP systems to meet business needs.

Procurement Systems Expertise:

• Implement and optimize procurement modules, covering upstream (sourcing, contracts,

supplier lifecycle) and downstream (P2P, invoicing) processes.

• Develop solutions incorporating non-SAP systems such as Coupa, Oracle Procurement

Cloud, or other third-party procurement platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to capture

requirements and design procurement solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with teams managing non-SAP systems to ensure robust and efficient

integration with SAP ERP.

System Integration:

Invoicing).

• Advanced knowledge of SAP MM, WM, QM, and FIORI applications.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and integrations with non-SAP

systems.

or similar tools.

Procurement Knowledge:

• Extensive experience in P2P, supplier collaboration, and contract management.
