Job Description

Area Leadership

- Develop and implement area strategies to drive digital adoption in alignment with national goals.

- Set performance targets forthe area and ensure alignment with the bankdigital business.

objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and support area Team Leaders and DigitalBanking Champions.


ProgramImplementation

- Oversee the execution of digital adoption programs and campaigns within the area.

- Ensure effective resource deployment to maximize customer onboarding and digital product usage.

- Monitor and assess programperformance, making necessaryadjustments for improvement.


TeamManagement

- Manage an area team, including Team Leaders and Digital Banking Champions.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

- Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.


Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closelywith internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital adoption strategies.

- Maintain strong relationships with local bank branches, areaoffices, and the national headquarters of Indian Bank

- Represent the area in meetings and conferences, providing updates and insights on area performance.

Performance Tracking

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)related to digital adoption in the area.

- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.


CustomerFocus

- Advocate for a customer centric approach in all areadigital adoption activities.

- Address customer feedback andissues promptly to enhance service quality.

- Implement innovative solutions to improve thecustomer experience with digital products.


Innovation and Improvement

- Identify and implement new technologies and processesto enhance digital adoption in the area.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices tokeep the area competitive.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.


Financial Oversight

- Assist in preparing and managing the area budget for digital adoption services.

- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goalsand constraints.

- Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising service quality.


Risk Management

- Identify potential risksrelated to digital adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
