- -Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals
- -Regular follow-up / clarification from Branch, sales team, DSA/connector
- -Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors
- -Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly
- -Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently
- -Provide daily /weekly and monthly MIS
