Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in the MERN stack to join our team at InCRuiter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend and frontend development and experience in building and scaling products.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain application modules, ensuring high-quality, efficient code.

- Take ownership of implementing new product features and integrate them seamlessly into existing systems.

- Actively participate in project planning, design discussions, and code reviews to ensure best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Continuously improve your technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly web applications.

- Utilize Azure Cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.

Must Have :

- Education: B.Tech from a Tier 1 college (e.g., IITs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent).

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Solid knowledge of backend development, including API design and basic microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in frontend development, with a focus on building responsive and user-friendly web applications.

- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and its integration with web applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- A good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and scalable system design.

- Passion for building high-quality and scalable software solutions.
