Roles and responsibilities :

- Understand current and target technical strategy, and product roadmaps and deliver solutions that are in line with them.

- Lead & own topics by collaborating with Architects to design solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, emphasizing security, scalability, testability, and maintainability.

- Coach team members to become proficient in development & quality processes, and technologies used, thereby increasing expertise and productivity.

- Continuously improve designs and implementations along with contributing significantly to the technical road map Possess a DevOps mindset, including ownership of features from development through to deployment in production.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement mindset in the people and showcase innovation in deliverables.

- Troubleshooting critical production issues.

Education :

- Graduation/Masters in any computer background or with relevant experience in Software Engineering.

- Candidates are expected to relocate to Bangalore.

Work mode : Work from office (WFO).
