A Product Owner acts as the bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product meets business goals and delivers value to users. They own the product vision, prioritize features, and oversee the product development lifecycle to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and market demands.
How will you make an impact
Own the complete product life cycle from concept through execution and roll out including product backlog, customer commitments, bugs and escalations.
Continuously develop and refine the product vision and strategy.
Work with corporate functions to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans including closely working with sales, pre-sales, marketing and portfolio teams.
Maintain a deep understanding of the market, the eco-system, the business environment, existing customers and prospects.
Collaborate with Pre-sales, Sales, Partners and Customers to maintain product knowledge, ensure clear communication and enable ongoing business.
Create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, derived from the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market.
Lead R&D to deliver on the product backlog with high quality taking time to market into mind.
Work closely with the UX expert to ensure product usability.
Have you got what it takes
Overall 8+ years of industry experience.
4+ years of product management experience.
Bachelor s degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Engineering.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Ability to understand technical solutions.
Ability to see the big picture and translate it to detailed needs.
Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology organization.
Excellent communication skills across all levels, from executive management to individual contributors.
Excellent English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work late hours.
Fast learner with the ability to oneself on relevant technologies.
Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work across boundaries in a matrix organization.
