Heads
Production planning &
control
To work out capacity expansion
requirements based on Mid Term Plan,
Annual plan and Monthly projections
provided by Sales & Marketting 1)Timeliness of submission of capacity
expansion plans based on MTP and annual
projections To prepare annual production plan
highlghting locationwise, machine wise plan
in coordination with sales and marketting and
production. 1)Timeliness of submission of locationwise
production plan To finalize monthly production plan for MRP
in coordination with sales department 1)Timeliness of submission of monthly
production plan To monitor and regulate Finished Goods
stock as per norms by monitoring customer
daily production and also by montoiring daily

Slow moving stock To finalize monthly, weekly and daily

production and also to ensure pallet repair &

Material planning & control
To monitor and regulate timely and accurate
ordering of Raw material and other Bill of
Material to optimise their inventory levels 1) adherence to supply cycle 2)

To maintain standard operating procedures
in Raw material and Finished good
warehouses to minimise damage,
deterioration & optimise warehousing costs 1) Handling breakages (value)

Logistics
To monitor and regulate truck availability,
customer schedules to ensure on time
delivery of goods to customer in full quantity 1) Schedule adherence (OEM, OE spares,
ARG & Exports) 2)
FORD kanban & window timing adherence To monitor and regulate delivery of finished
goods in standard pallets and standard
vehicles to control transportation cost. 1) Truck capacity utilisation (%)
2) Truck turn around time (days)
3) Premium freight (value) To coordinate with marketing department in
order to fulfill standard procedures like ASNs
for customers. 1) wrong & incomplete ASNs (numbers)
2) wrong invoices (numbers)
Budgeting & Reporting
To prepare annual budgets for
a) production,
b) raw material and
c) transportation 1) timeliness of target setting for all
production KPIs(Productivity),
2) timeliness of target setting for all
transportation KPIs(Truck Capacity
utilisation, Truck turn around time)
Inventory management
Classification of inventory on ABC analysis
- To define Min/Max norms for all SKU's
based on their consumption and
procurement lead time. - Optimum inventory levels
- No obsolescence and generation of expiry
material
- Inventory accuracy
Stores management
To ensure timely creation of PR for defined
items based on Min/Max
- To prepare MRN for all incoming material
after physical verification of goods & QA - NO LINE STOPPAGE due to stock out of
inventory defined items
- Timely monthly closing of purchase period
by booking all monthly consumption
Scrap Disposal
Negotiate better prices with scrap buyers
- Explore new customer base for different
categories of scrap material
- To conduct scrap Auctions (online & To achieve maximum realization from scrap
& contribute in organizational profitability
TQM Activities
To perform every activity in a TQM way i.e. in
a structured, planned & strategic way as per
defined SOP (P2P process). To work on
Gaps by doing why-why analysis & their Its continuos process.
Follow safety parameters
Monitoring of safety procedures to be
followed in stores, stacking norms should be
adhered and compliances for safety during
disposal of hazardous materials No accidental mishap & No NCR during
monthly safety audits
Budgeting for inventory and
scrap realization.
To prepare Annual Budget for stores
inventory of spares & consumables along
with reduction target.
- To prepare Annual Budget for scrap Budget making - once a yr. & tracking on
regular basis (Plan Vs Actual) on monthly
basis.
Weekly & Monthly reviews Periodical reviews of performances, KPIs,
issues & to report them in MCMs Weekly & monthly
Compliance to Internal &
External audits.
To face several Quality audits internally &
externally in order to look for a scope of
improvement & system adherence. On a periodical basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge ERP (Oracle 11i), Microsoft Office,
Inventory management, Logistics Experience
planning techniques
Internal Customers Other External parties/Vendors
KIA, ASB (TKML) and H SI Transporters, Logistics service
providers, Scrap Buyer, Forklift
Vendors, Fleet Tracking Vendors,
