Key Responsibilities
Design and Planning

Develop architectural concepts and designs based on client specifications, project requirements, and functional needs.
Create detailed blueprints, models, and 3D visualizations using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Ensure designs are sustainable, cost-effective, and in line with environmental and zoning regulations.

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, presenting design ideas and modifications as necessary.
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to align project goals and deliverables.
Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and address client or team inquiries.

Construction Oversight and Project Management

Supervise construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction activities, resolve issues, and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to all applicable building codes and regulations.

Documentation and Technical Drawings

Prepare and manage technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications for each project phase.
Maintain accurate project records, including revisions and updates to ensure seamless coordination with all parties involved.
Coordinate with local authorities and submit necessary permits and documentation for project approval.

Budget and Resource Management

Estimate material costs, timeframes, and resources required for each project, maintaining budgets as approved by the client.
