Job Description

  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs, delivering tailored automation solutions, and ensuring technical support. Collaborate with teams, manage accounts, and achieve targets while promoting innovation in industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and pain points.
  • Identify potential customers and opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss ongoing projects, address concerns, and explore new business avenues.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Actively seek new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of industrial automation systems, including hardware, software, and control systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of solutions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, tracking key performance indicators and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively address customer issues and resolve problems to maintain long-term relationships.
