Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications and solutions.
• Design, configure, and integrate BAW components based on business requirements and use cases.
• Participate in requirement gathering and analysis sessions to understand client needs.
• Create and deploy workflow automation solutions that integrate with other systems like IBM, BPM, and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize workflows and processes for performance and scalability.
• Develop and customize BAW services, interfaces, and processes to meet specific business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within BAW applications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and testers.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed BAW solutions.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) development or related technologies.
• Strong proficiency in BAW tools like IBM BPM, IBM BAW, and related technologies (Java, REST APIs, Web services, etc.).
• Experience with workflow design, process automation, and integration with backend systems.
• Solid understanding of business process management and process automation principles.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Java, and related development languages.
• Hands-on experience with web services, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies.
• Knowledge of database systems like DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle, including query writing and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to have):

• Certification in IBM BPM, BAW, or related technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
