Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the motor industry, including automotive dealerships, manufacturers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Understand client needs and requirements, and offer customized solutions to meet their business goals.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely assistance.
Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and suggestions to clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business and expand client base.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate client performance and identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client orders and resolve any service-related issues.
Stay updated on motor industry regulations, compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to them.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager in the motor industry.
Strong understanding of motor industry dynamics, products, and services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships.
Ability to travel to client locations as required.
