Implementation Manager

Implementation Engineer | Pune

Position Overview-
We are looking for people with the right mix of communication skills, and technical knowledge to get the
job done. The Implementation Engineer owns the customer onboarding process. Ensures continuity
between sales and customer success, coordinates with cross teams to meet objectives and provides
onboarding and training status reports. She/he will leverage our internal products to meet customer
requirements, and manage customer requirements throughout the onboarding process.

Roles & Responsibilities
● Guide customers with the installation and configuration of the product, minimizing time-to-value for users, and addressing the customers tech concerns.
● A proactive approach to manage multiple clients, cross teams discussion and customer
requirements with flawless delivery.
● Acts as liaison between different teams, communicating unique business issues that require
special attention during the integration process.
● Understand customers business requirements and their goals to integrate as efficiently as possible by meeting deadlines.
● Maintains knowledge of all product features
● Establishes best practices and ensures that all accounts meet the maximum quality setup standards prior to go-live.
● Explaining and integrating technical programs for non-technical users. This includes clearly
explaining processes and concepts.
● Fosters collaboration with Engineering, Product, Sales, Tech, and Customer Success

How you fit in
● Bachelors degree in IT/BCA/Computer Science with 0 - 2 years of experience preferred. SaaS
experiences a benefit.
● Comfortable with managing relations with customers.
● Excellent document maker.
● Meets and adheres to deployment or project management deadlines.
● Ability to learn and adapt to new apps and technologies
