O2O Manager

Role Overview: The O2O (Online-to-Offline) Manager will oversee the development, maintenance, and online marketing of the companys website. This role bridges the online and offline presence of the brand, ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital and physical platforms. The O2O Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance, drive traffic, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development

• Lead responsive website design and development using frameworks like Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Write clean, structured code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Tailwind CSS, MUI, and other libraries to enhance UI.
• Optimize for website speed, server-side rendering (SSR), and SEO.
  

2. Website Maintenance

• Monitor uptime, security, and performance of websites.
• Conduct regular audits for errors, broken links, and outdated content.
• Manage hosting, SSL certificates, domain renewals, and server monitoring.
• Implement backups, malware scanning, security patching, and cleanup tasks.

3. Design

• Create visually stunning and user-friendly designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system across platforms.
  
  4. Deployment & Infrastructure
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment.
• Deploy and scale applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Use Docker for containerization and cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Maintain servers, load balancers, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
  

5. SEO & Analytics

• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
• Track and analyze website performance metrics with Google Analytics.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
  

6. Task Management & Collaboration

• Use tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms for workflow management.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Track deadlines, ensure task completion, and optimize team communication.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in website management, development, and online marketing.
• Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Vue.js, Angular).
• Understanding of state management and experience with Redux or similar libraries.
• Experience in backend development (e.g., Node.js).
• Familiar with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase).
• Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.
• Experience with version control (Git), Docker, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
