Business Analyst - BFSI

Roles & Responsibilities:

Domain Expertise and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic insights across domains like insurance, loans, and investment solutions (minimum one domain experience is a must).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine module-specific requirements, including compliance and functional needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance product portfolios.

Requirement Gathering and Documentation

• Engage with teams to gather and document detailed requirements for various modules.
• Develop functional specifications and user stories for product initiatives and enhancements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between business, product, and technical teams to ensure clarity in requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to align priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Solution Design and Development

• Propose scalable and innovative solutions tailored to domain-specific needs.
• Design workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for financial modules.

Process Optimization and Innovation

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in insurance, loan, and investment modules.
• Recommend user experience and operational efficiency enhancements.

Testing and Validation

• Validate test plans for functionalities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure solutions comply with business and regulatory standards.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain project documentation, track issues, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
