• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in technical communication, English, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation creation - Develop and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, product guides, and API documentation, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and user-friendly.

Collaboration - Work closely with subject matter experts, such as engineers and developers, and client stakeholders to gather and interpret complex technical information.

Content structuring - Organize and present information in a logical and coherent manner, making it accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Editing and proofreading - Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy, adhering to company style guides and standards.

User-centered content - Focus on creating content that meets the needs of end-users, making technical information easy to understand and use.

Tool proficiency. Utilize various documentation tools and platforms to create, manage, and publish content.
