Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for Python-based projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Hands-On Development: Write, review, and optimize code, setting the standard for coding practices within the team.
• Architect Solutions: Design robust and maintainable system architectures, integrating best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
• Project Oversight: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate project timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure best practices are followed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and other teams to create cohesive solutions.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Python Expertise: Professional experience with Python, including deep knowledge of advanced features and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• System Design: Proven experience in designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Testing and Debugging: Expertise in test-driven development (TDD), debugging, and performance optimization.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage development teams, including mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Communication: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
