Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize and drive Performance Management Review Programs at all levels and regions
- Coordinate with HRBPs/Managers in goal setting process and training on Goal setting
- Prepare training material/ documents and Train stakeholders on Performance Management process
- Review and improvises the PMS tool and methodology with the latest trends
- Manage and execute various compensation plans including budgeting for review, incentive and bonus payouts,
- Tracking and working on Offer related financial commitments.
- Participates in salary surveys, interprets salary data to validate and make recommendations
- Lead and review pay equity analysis
- Preparing Job descriptions
- Maintain compensation data and monitor compensation trends within the organization and provide analytics to support operational efficiency
- Planning and Implementing the Career progression cycle
