Business Development Executive (Sales Experience Required only)

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for real estate projects.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and clients in the real estate sector.
• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to build relationships and pitch our real estate offerings.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

• Close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and update it regularly with contact information, sales activities, and outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
