Profile: Information Analyst Impact Research

Job Description: As an Information Analyst at Impact, your role involves analyzing how extensively a company, its brand, or its competitors are featured in various media channels. This is a specialized domain where your insights assist clients, including Corporate Communications and Public Relations professionals, in evaluating and strategizing their media outreach.

What a typical day as a Research Analyst looks like:

• Early Start, Early End: Your workday begins and ends early.
• Media Review: You will review media coverage (print, online, and TV) of clients and analyze the content based on specific parameters defined by the client. Training is provided, and most analysts get up to speed within a week.
• Organized Workflow: While some manual review of newspapers is required, most news is provided directly on your computer in an organized manner, saving you time and effort.
• Key News Summarization: Identify and summarize relevant news for clients and share updates daily.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and present data through qualitative reports and create PowerPoint presentations based on these reports.
• Client Interaction: Over time, you may visit clients to present your reports, depending on your progression in the role.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Language Proficiency: Excellent English language skills are essential. Proficiency in additional Indian languages is a significant advantage.
• Reading Habit: A general interest in reading beyond newspapers will be beneficial.
• Technical Skills: A reasonable level of proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
• Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate. Degrees in communication or marketing are advantageous but not mandatory. Grasp, personality, and relevant experience will also be considered.

Experience: Relevant industry experience is a plus and will be factored into evaluations.

Job Details:

• Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi
• Shift Timings: Start time is 7:30 AM
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate weekend off after initial 3 months)
• Compensation: Up to ₹25,000 (subject to applicable taxes) + medical insurance + Wi-Fi reimbursement + other allowances
