IT Trainer

We are looking for IT Trainer with good comminication skills and hands on expereince in Java,C,C++,DBMS .

Training Development:

Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials for various IT topics, including software applications, systems, and best practices.
Create and update training documentation, including manuals, user guides, and online resources.
Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees and clients.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and tools, including presentations, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and e-learning platforms.
Needs Assessment:

Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to assess training needs and determine the most effective training solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Technical Support:

Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to training materials, software, and hardware.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT training and development.
Continuously improve training content and methods based on feedback and industry developments.
