Job Description

We re seeking a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, innovative, and user-centric designs. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver a seamless user experience across our platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, an eye for detail, and a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process for key product features from concept to launch, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive, user friendly designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for desktop and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
Advocate for design thinking and best practices across the organization.
Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints of the product.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment

5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
Proven track record of designing intuitive and user-friendly digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing your work, especially in product design (please include a link to your portfolio).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Solid understanding of design systems and how to maintain consistency across large products.
Experience with user research and testing methodologies to inform design decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
Familiarity with 3D design tools or working in the 3D content space is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of Framer would be as major plus
