Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a prospect database, identifying potential clients for outreach.
  • Introduce the companys range of products and generate interest by scheduling appointments with the Sales BDE.
  • Seek feedback from the Sales BDE and the client/prospect after meetings to assess interest and next steps.
  • Update and maintain client/prospect records with details of their product interests and engagement history.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions and appointments in the CRM/database.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and data management.
  • Follow up with potential clients to build relationships and convert leads into sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize client engagement and collect feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, customer service or a similar role.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and one local language is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry, CRM updates and appointment scheduling.
  • A pleasant, customer-friendly attitude with a proactive approach
