Nature of Assignment:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Soldering Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precision soldering tasks, ensuring high-quality standards, and supporting various soldering projects. This role requires expertise in advanced soldering techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Description

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics-manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic components, read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to understand the soldering requirements for each project.
• Perform precision soldering tasks on electronic components and assemblies and performs various types of soldering including surface mount (SOIC, BGA), thru-hole, and hand-soldering and product Harness according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products to identify any soldering defects or quality issues, and assess if rework or repairs are needed.
• Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot and resolve any soldering-related issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Operate and maintain soldering equipment ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Maintain and update documentation related to soldering processes, including quality control records, inspection reports, and material usage logs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback on soldering processes.

Qualification: - ITI/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical or equivalent; technical certification in soldering or electronics is preferred.

Essential Skill:

• Proficiency in various soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount soldering.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to soldering.
