Responsibilities

• * Taking care of visitors/ guests
• * Managing Housekeeping staff , Office management
• * Vendor dealing
• * Assisting HR & Admin Manager
• * Should be able to handle multiple tasks
• * Should be able to handle EPABX
• * Should be well versed with Computers
• * Should be good in verbal and written English

Requirements

• With a total work experience of 1-5 years preferably reception or admin profile .
• Good in presentation/communication skills.
• Good experience with Handling the guests .
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, internal partners and external vendors.
• Ability to work with broad range of people.
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
• Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, EPBX.
