The position includes providing end-user support by addressing queries, issues, and requests, ensuring smooth operations within the ERP environment. Additionally, the candidate will support development team members with expertise in relevant business areas, acting as a liaison between the business team and the technical team to facilitate effective solutions and enhancements.
