Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer for our client who will work to solve some of the most complex and captivating data management problems that would enable them as a data-driven organization; Seamlessly switch between roles of an Individual Contributor, team member and Data Modeling Architect as demanded by each project to define, design, and deliver actionable insights.
Must Have
- 6+ years of experience in the data field.
- Extensive experience with one or more RDBMS platforms (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience with OLAP and OLTP database models, particularly dimensional models.
- Strong understanding of Star schema, Snowflake schema, and Data Vault modeling, as well as ETL tools, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Preferred familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
