Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Cypress and JavaScript.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman and Newman.
• Write and maintain Java-based test cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and capture test cases.
• Design and execute test plans, including setting up test environments.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure test cases meet quality assurance standards.
• Automate the test life cycle process, including GUI automation and scheduling.
• Detect and report bugs, ensuring clear documentation and replication patterns.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing results to quality risks.
• Maintain accurate test status dashboards and project trackers.
• Ensure timely responses to customer requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• BE/ME/B.Tech/ M.Tech (Computer Science/IT or Electronics & Communications).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Possess Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
