• Designing and developing user interfaces using MERN stack best practices .
• Proficient in creating architectural designs and documents.
• Proficient architecting rest APIs and services
• Proficient in using version control system (git).
• Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges
• Strong knowledge in data security, compliance, and related tools
• Strong knowledge of cloud based application development and architecture design.
• Strong understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Strong proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, MySQL, etc.
• Knowledge in automating software workflows
• Strong understanding of CI/CD/CT pipelines (Azure, Bitbucket)
• Experience working on complex cloud-based software projects.
• Proficient in using caching services such as Redis.
• Proficient in integrating third party services.
• Developing high performance applications in NodeJS, ReactJS.
• Writing unit tests for both NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Conducting performance tests.
• Understanding of server-side template languages (such as Jade, EJS, etc. depending on your technology stack)
• Experience in micro services.
• Working alongside Stalk holders and graphic designers for web application features.
• Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support.
• Good Knowledge in Scrum Meeting and Handling Agile Projects.
• Experience using JavaScript building tools (Web assembly, Gulp or Grunt)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
• Exp: 7+ years
