Were currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our IT Digital Workplace and Solutions organization into the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst.  

They should be wholly committed to discovering and developing innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape. 

Objectives of this Role

• Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data. 
• Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels. 
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels. 
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development. 
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.  
• You have hands-on experience building custom solutions, maintenance, and ongoing operational excellence of production systems. You will also work cross-functionally, write solid documentation, and thrive in an agile environment. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, engineering, brand/creative, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams. 
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties. 
• Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation. 
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems. 
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations. 
• Facilitate technical council meetings with Senior Leadership; prepare agendas, document outcomes, and reports for next steps. 

Your main activities center around the enterprise environment's employee productivity applications including project management tools, whiteboarding applications, and other general collaboration and communication software. You will work with the Digital Workplace, IT Infrastructure Ops, and other business teams to deliver quality solutions and documentation, including clear procedures and work instructions. You contribute to improving processes, integrating with other systems, and automating solutions.  

By working together with these teams, you will prepare solutions documentation and support the business with activities in the new infrastructure, custom solutions, and ongoing maintenance.  

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity 
• High proficiency in database management 
• Proven analytical abilities. 
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports 
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 
• tool knowledge required: Smartsheet, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira), Excel (Pivot tables, V look up), PowerPoint. 
• tool knowledge helpful: Slack, Google
• 3+ years of experience with IT enterprise technologies 
• Experience creating dashboards and reports. 
• Ability to craft creative and practical solutions to problems and express those solutions. 
• Be a communicative team player, who doesn't only read technical documentation well, but also collaborates with other team members and business stakeholders. 
• Experience with ticket cues (Service Now, JIRA) & change management. 
• Strong problem-solving, data visualization, and communication skills 
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with vendors on requirements.
