Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
8-10 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineering teams
Strong backend expertise (Node.js, TypeScript, Microservices)
Experience with modern frontend technologies (React)
Deep knowledge of database design and optimization
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
Proven track record building complex distributed systems
Strong system design and architecture skills
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of 5 frontend and backend engineers
Drive sprint planning and execution
Foster collaboration between frontend and backend developers
Balance technical debt with feature development
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
