Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for international markets. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display, Awareness, Reach, Store Visit campaigns, and bidding strategies) and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on performance marketing, budget optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Campaign Management

• Planned, executed, and optimized Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Adapt campaign strategies based on regional insights, cultural differences, and audience behavior.
• Optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies for localized engagement and higher conversion rates.

2. Google Ads & Meta Ads Expertise

• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display, Awareness, Reach, and Store Visit campaigns.
• Implement bidding strategies (manual & automated) to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Utilize retargeting, audience segmentation, and automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness.

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor key campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, etc.) and optimize based on real-time data.
• Conduct deep performance analysis to identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking to measure effectiveness.

4. Budget & ROI Management

• Manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms, ensuring efficient allocation.
• Maximize ROI by continuously adjusting bidding strategies, ad placements, and audience targeting.

5. Market & Competitor Research

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and competitive insights.
• Leverage findings to refine campaign strategies and messaging for different global regions.

6. Creative & Content Collaboration

• Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to optimize performance.

7. Reporting & Insights

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign performance, key takeaways, and improvement strategies.
• Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders to guide future campaigns.

8. Staying Up-to-Date with Trends

• Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and AI-driven advertising strategies.
• Implement new automation tools and bidding techniques to enhance performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads for international markets.
• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display, Awareness, Reach, Store Visit campaigns, bidding strategies).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), audience targeting, and retargeting.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in budget management and optimizing ad spending for maximum ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate optimization.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis for different international regions.
