Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales Activities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term sales goals.
- Identify and act on new business opportunities within the region.
Client Engagement:
- Analyze customer requirements and map them with existing products.
- Deliver product demonstrations and manage post-sales coordination with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with the support department for pre-sales activities and ensure seamless transitions.
- Foster relationships with industry consultants and business partners to enhance market presence.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain vigilance on market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of management experience in sales, preferably within the North India region.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in promoting IT solutions, travel, or hospitality companies is highly advantageous.
Education: Degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Skills:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Superior problem-solving skills at both strategic and functional levels.
- Proficiency in consultative or solution-selling techniques.
