We are hiring for Credentialing Department (US Healthcare -RCM).

Job location: IDS-Argus Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd.
C-138, Phase-8 (Industrial Area), Mohali (Punjab), India

Shift: Night (US Timings-PST)
Work from Office Job
Domain: US Healthcare (RCM)
Experience required: 1 to 4 years (Credentialing Experienced)


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain individual provider files to include up to date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications
• Maintain internal provider grid to ensure all information is accurate and logins are available
• Collect, review, and verify provider credentials, including licenses, certifications, education, and work history
• Update each providers database file timely according to the schedule published by CMS
• Apply for and renew annually all provider licenses;
• Complete revalidation requests issued by government payers
• Complete credentialing applications to add providers to commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Complete re-credentialing applications for commercial payers
• Work closely with the billing staff to identify and resolve any denials or authorization issues related to provider credentialing
• Respond to inquiries from providers regarding their credentialing status
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of provider credentialing and its direct impact on the practices revenue cycle
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Internet use
• Detail oriented with above average organizational skills
• Plans and prioritizes to meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively
• Excellent English Typing Speed (minimum 30 wpm)
• Spoken English is must as the job includes calling US based Teams

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 1+ year credentialing experience is must
