Job Title: AR Specialist
Location: WFO
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to
manage and oversee the AR process for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
ensuring timely collections, managing outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records for
all transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
ï‚• Prepare and send out invoices for services provided.
ï‚• Work closely with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies and disputes.
ï‚• Track and follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any delays in collections.
ï‚• Perform reconciliation of AR accounts and prepare reports for senior management.
ï‚• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and processing of payments.
ï‚• Provide assistance with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and
regulations.
Qualifications:
ï‚• Proven experience in AR management, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or financial
sectors.
ï‚• Strong knowledge of AR processes, including payment collections, aging analysis, and
reconciliation.
ï‚• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
ï‚• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
ï‚• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AR management
software.
